The Art Of Prayer and Meditation

With the world going through the things that they are now it seems that a good place to put positive energy and hope would be to pray. Whether you like prayer or not it will only raise your happiness with the thoughts of the news. Whats the worst thing that could happen? You find a peace of mind?

Finding joy doesn’t grow on trees. It comes from an unusual source. Not the tooth fairy or Superman, but within a positive and peaceful state that is rooted within you . That means no matter what is happening in your life you will always look for the good. Some call it delusional. Some say you have to take life more seriously but being at peace is taking life the most serious. It means you are aware of the craziness going on in the world. With the news talking about something bad every day you still try to see the light while there is darkness. Prayer and meditation help in numerous ways to fight off the bad thoughts that would go through your head.

Time Out

Taking some time out of you busy day just to relax and meditate is a start. So many times we find ourselves too focused on work that we don’t make time to keep ourselves sane. Work can be a hassle. Annoying coworkers and customers. We’ve all seen it. We know what the deal is. After that, we can’t wait to get home to sit down and watch TV. This doesn’t allow your brain to rest. You are so consumed with whatever you are watching that you forget to think.

In A Trance

A lot of people don’t know that when you look at media whether it be social media or television that your mind goes into a trance state. It’s lulling your “brain to sleep. Not physically but mentally. Think of that movie ‘Get Out’. It’s like that time when the girlfriend’s mother was hypnotizing the boyfriend. Except not with tea but TV. See that wordplay? Huh? Yea it only took me 5 minutes to think of that. Guard your minds people. This situation is serious. It’s even better if you watch a show or movie that provokes the mind to do something. As in you learning something beneficial.

Start New

Most of the time when people get up from their sleep the first thing they do is check their phones and then go to sleep. Sorry family that’s not it. It is better if you take your time. Stretch out your body. Touch your toes! Not like Lil Jon though. Exercise. Look out the window and embrace nature. Listen to the birds singing and the wind blowing. Open your windows. Breathe it in. Its as simple as that. I didn’t have to sell you a course worth 500 dollars a month. This lesson is priceless. No money can match it because your health and life is more important than a few dollars. Can’t take it to the grave. Treat your body as good as possible while you are still alive and teach the young ones the same thing. We will all grow together more rich in health and wellness than Jeff Bezos with his billions.
