How To Break Out Of Bad Habits

It is your best interest to understand the things you have to do in order to move forward in your life. There is no room for ignorance here so know that you understand that let’s get to it.

I am not a therapist or anything of that matter. However I am a person that understands dealing with negative aspects in your life can greatly influence your future.

Many believe it’s only people that are at fault here but it can also be your habits. Doing acts that are detrimental to your body is something that shouldn’t be taken lightly. Here are a few common problems that we face that can alter your life in a negative way.

1. Laziness

When it’s comes to a point where you don’t want to get up and then you do just to go back to sleep rather than cease the day you are wasting not only your time but your life as well. There is nothing good that comes from failing to taking advantage of another day that you are blessed to have.

2. Always Partying

This may not pertain to what’s happening now with all the quarantine action going on but if you’re always bar hopping and clubbing you know what happens when those drinks start pouring. Now, Spengler time with friends is totally different but if you are out getting drunk and getting home late that affects your overall health and could loop you back to number 1 with laziness.

3. Drugs

In this realm this does not come in the same breath as prescription drugs but goes along with cigarettes and weed. I know a lot of people love smoking weed and feel there are medicinal aspects to this particular drug but there is something that is lot being discussed. It is there to slow your brain down. Many believe that it makes them calm but it’s really killing brain cells in the process. You are becoming dumber by the minute by using it in a way for it to enter your body.

Those were just a few things that us humans tend to have problems with. Along with going to bed on time. My problem was number 1 and 2. However, I’ve come to a point where if I feel lazy my day is not finished. I must do something. As for clubbing and partying, that I haven’t done in some time. I still struggle with going to bed at a reasonable time which would be from 8 o’clock to 10:30pm. Leaning more towards the 10 o’clock range.

Whatever your bad habits are that may detrimental to your health, you can change. You have the power to do so. Mine comes from faith in God. I suggest trying that as it is the most effective. So change that mentality and treat yourself with the love that you deserve.
